I really love the color combination:
DEEtails:
1. I started out by punching out several hydrangea blossoms using my Martha Stewart punch. I cut one of the four petals off each Certainly Celery blossom to make 3 leaf clovers. I punched one in Garden Green to be my 4 leaf clover.
2. I really wanted a "lucky" sentiment. The closest I could find was one from my Flight of the Butterfly stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in Garden Green ink on my Kraft card stock.
3. To make stems, I drew them randomly with my Stampin' Write markers. I adhered my clovers randomly on the stems, using dimensions to make my 4 leaf clover stand out.
4. I then cut two 2" strip of Garden Green card stock and and used my Scallop Edge punch. I ran the strip through my Crimper several times, then adhered it to my card in a sort of crinkly way to make grass.
5. For a final touch, I used a bit of hemp twine and tied it around the grass.
Thanks for stopping by!
Very cute! The hemp twine is a perfect touch. Thanks for playing @ PPA~
ReplyDeleteLove it! Makes you feel like Spring.
ReplyDeleteKind of reminds me of clover with the darker green one a good luck four-leaf clover!
