My card today is for this week's Off the Wall Craftiness challenge. As usual, Kim has a fabulous inspiration board picked out this week. I was immediately drawn to the piece of jewelry on the left and based my card on it.
DEEtails:
I loved the flower on the detailed metal and knew I wanted a flower on a pretty doily, so I pulled out my Martha Stewart doilies right away. I took some Chocolate Chip ink and swiped my doily onto my ink pad to get it nice and chocolaty brown. Then I pulled out some orange flowers that I had gotten a few days ago on the clearance rack at the craft store and stacked them together. I added a little orange brad from my stash. I matted some Naturals White card stock with some Old Olive and added a sentiment for PTI's Signature Greetings. I added some Old Olive Satin ribbon and voila! :)
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you're having a fabulous Saturday! :)
Nina, this is a beautiful card! Love how you framed your flower!
