Sweater Weather

Today's card is inspired by this fabulous Anthropologie sweater and Tuesday Trigger inspiration at Moxie Fab World. After I created the card, I realized that I could also link it in the Damask challenge, also at Moxie Fab World.

DEEtails:
Going Gray is one of my most favorite SU! colors. When it retired, I stocked up, but I'm afraid to use it because I don't ever want to run out! Ha! I pulled it out today because it is perfect for the sweater inspiration. I stamped my sentiment from my Trendy Trees set, then pierced a border around the edge - something totally new for me... I love how it kind of echoes the hole-y knit in the sweater. I added some pleats with some Daffodil Delight Grosgrain ribbon - LOVE! Then I made a pretty damask print flower using a 1" strip of Greenhouse Gala DSP, twisted and rolled into a flower. I added some brown and white striped ribbon from my stash as leaves, bringing in the stripes along the neckline of the sweater. Thanks for peeking in today! :)
